My thoughts exactly. I started using snus a couple weeks ago and it's been great. I started coming here and reading about this pact crap. Wouldn't the gov be happy that we found a safer alternative to cigs. But noooo. There's even a damn warning that says it's not a safe alternate to cigarettes.

im a bit confused about this pact stuff. does it only apply to the USPS? cant you just use a different postal service then? like dhl or fedex?

DHL doesn't do domestic package service any more. FedEx doesn't deliver tobacco at all. UPS is your only (widely available) option.
