Voting - Procedures and Timeline

Wow! You all have some awesome ideas!

So, here's the plan:

1. Keep posting ideas until Wednesday evening at 9:00 pm US/CST.
2. Wednesday at 10:00 pm US/CST I will take copies of all of the entrants.
3. I will crop/resize as appropriate/required to make the image work as an avatar - I will do my best to capture the essence of the image in 80x80 pixels. If you think I will do this poorly, please modify your entrant in advance of this deadline.
4. When I finish this, I will post the modified entrants as a series of messages.
5. Then vote for your top 3. You may split your votes across 2 or 3 entrants or combine all of your votes for 1 in particular. (i.e., 2 for the Swedish World Cup girl and 1 for Darth Vader or 3 for the hot Swedish World Cup girl)
6. When you vote, be sure to specify the message number(s) as well as the image number(s) as counted from the top or left side as applicable.
7. Please PM your votes to me.
8. The winner will be the entrant with the most total votes
9. On Thursday at 9:00pm US/CST I will tally the votes and release the results.
10. All "Hanging Chads" will be cut down and resuscitated promptly.

Note: If you are not available during the voting period - you can vote early by PMing me and specifying the message number in this thread and the image number (from left or top as appropriate) at any time. Although you might miss out on some more super cool entrants.

Can't you just take entries until the cut off time then start a new thread, number each pic and put it into a topic, then allow a poll to vote on each one? That would be easy.
