Uses for empty snus tins

when you go fishing you can store the bait in them.. I cannot think of any other useful purpose...

pills, weed, guitar picks, screws, earrings, rings, necklaces, fishing equipment, beads/craft items, prop up electronics, candy, sewing kit, geocache/mini time capsule, bobby pins/hair items, mini pin hole camera, etc. etc.

things to do with snus tins

I use them for seed bead storage for bead working. I set them in the order I'm putting them on the things I am making and when I am finished, I just put the lids back on them and put them away. They are good for holding the jewelry fasteners. Also can use the backs to make tree ornaments, or stick a picture in the bottom of the back and a magnet on it and stick it on the refrigerator. Several of you have mentioned making tables out of them. I was thinking putting some of those different colored glass stones they use for fish tanks and floral designs in the tins and putting the glass on the top would probably be nice. Or even different objects like old buttons, beads, keys, small sea shells, etc. would be kind of cool. Keep a small stash of change in one in my car in case I need it to.

I keep some earplugs in an empty tin in my jacket. Could always come in handy when going to a festival. I also found them the perfect storage space for earbuds. Now I no longer have to detangle them for an hour everytime I wanna use them.

I've got a good variety and quantity stashed away....not a clue as to what I'll do with them.....yet.... I did find that a los snus tin is a good case for a football mouth guard, but for a 10 year old.....

As a Biker,i`ve always got lots of nuts, bolts, washers, screws, small parts from carburetors and brakes knocking about.
I have been keeping them in a big biscuit tin,which takes AGES to root through to find what i want.
But know,thanks to Snus,i have been sorting them out into cans,and i can now find what i want with ease .

I cleaned some empty cans to make heuristic games for my son. In a month he gained very good manual improvement. Often he follows me in the house to make the can spin for him on the ground, than he opens them in all their parts to re-assembly them as he likes at the moment.
