From all of us here I just wanna say thanks for understanding and for all the support, means a lot in troubled times like these, gives us all some extra energy when we know who we're fighting for:-)

"Getsnus was recently taken over by The Northerner. I am still waiting for my snus which I ordered a week ago today. Not one message as to why they are late, No legible emails other than this one that is pathetic and really solidifies that The Northerner does not care about its customers. I have yet to receive a tracking number, a way to reach them other than very poorly English written emails.

Here is a copy of the email I just got after dozens of emails to them. They have proven they are not customer oriented. I would not use them ever again. They have taken my money as per my credit card and charged me. So now I am also paying interest on my card as I sit in the dark and wait for some human form of communication.

Folks, Please take note of the bolded. As you all know, I've been one of the biggest shouters when things go wrong with my orders. He speaks the truth! As frustrating as it can be, believe me, when it seems no one is listening, all I can say is be persistent yet don't get too accusatory and belligerent as I've come close to screwing up a few times even with my touches of humor trying to lighten up the situation...

But yeah, it's true. I had an order lost in the mail, it was 2 rolls, and they sent it back out to me overnight. I've found them very helpful.

Hopefully everything will be ok soon.. I won't have to order anything for a couple months and I'm sure things will be back to normal

Frederik, do you have any idea on the amount of time it might take to respond to a Northerner "contact" email?
I sent one a few days ago and have not received a response yet.

I really hope everything gets squared away because I want to have a reliable retailer that has a US warehouse with decent pricing and shipping charges.

I just hope V2/Gajane gets their arse in gear soon so they can get their product to Northerner, my roll Odens ES kanel los still on backorder. I know there is nothing that Fredrik can do about it but it is still frustrating none the less.
