I just wanted to thank those that have supported us in this thread.
I'm just chiming in, since I was very well stocked until last week. This is a very difficult and depressing time. The analogs have found their way back into my life and I really don't want that to happen.

Thanks again. I'll be watching this thread.

I have also been very upset about this whole thing. I've been venting by writing on my blog about it and writing to the FDA and other government agencies and representatives. None of them have so much as answered me, and I'll remember them when I vote, because I DO vote!

It's really sad that my ancestors from Lexington, Massachusetts were part of the American Revolution for freedom, and now we've lost our freedom to use a safer alternative to cigarettes here in Massachusetts. They're rolling over in their graves. Especially since this happened so close to the Fourth of July. What are we celebrating when we celebrate the Fourth of July anymore? It's extremely depressing. Next thing you know, they'll outlaw seat belts.

Northerner cannot at this time ship to Mass....not yet. I am working on this everyday, and some headway is being made. Not so much that they (Mass.) are prepared to let us ship into their state. At least they recognize that our situation is "unique" and are looking at the situation. Honestly though, I'm uncomfortable making the call, one way or another, but as always when I know something I'll make sure you do as well.

Well, that's all we can ask for at this time...
(Next week, though, could be a different story )

              Time now for
the Taxachusetts Benevolent Kickass Delegation to go to Plan KMAMF
(as soon as we figure out how to get it done without violence or jail time!!)

Ended up just settling for 10 cans of various General Snus at the cigar shop in the mean time until MA is working properly.

I'm seriously going bonkers without Skruf though....it really really sucks

Do you mind sharing what it cost you for the General,
and which one(s) did you get? The name of the shop?

LOL, I know it probably seems that way, but no I haven't given up on Iowa yet. What we're running in to is that Iowa doesn't want ANYONE to sell online, so we're getting our license to sell to the retailers and that takes time. I can't begin to tell you the bureaucracy and red tape that a company has to go through to get a tobacco license, you'd think we were selling heroin instead of snus. Hang in there guys, I know there are retailers that want the product, but we have to have the license first.

Massachusetts-They flat out said no to us intitially, citing "no brick and mortar, then no selling via the internet". After the attorney spoke to them, we find out that it's not so much that we don't have a brick and mortar, but that they didn't know what to do with us. After speaking with our attorney they are willing to let us sell via the internet, but we have a few more hoops to jump through with them to get licensed.
Once we get our distribution license, we will again be selling to Mass. For now, we cannot, but be patient as it shouldn't be too long. Thanks everyone.

Maybe they have to cut off his head to disperse the remaining power.

Whose head we cutting off, LOL? I'm in talks with a distribution company for MA, hopefully we will have a few brick and mortar stores set up soon. Unfortunately this process is a slow one.

Do you mean to tell us there's actually a distributorship
in Myassachusetts that's not controlled by RJR or Altria?

C'mon, you're pulling our legs, right!?!
