UPS Tracking: Exemption?

Okay, so I ordered 2 rolls of General White from Northerner Tuesday night and got my tracking number Wednesday afternoon. Status has said billing information recieved the whole time. I've been waiting on an origin scan and I check the tracking to see "exemption" as my package's status and this:

07/01/2010 9:46 A.M. THE ADDRESS LABEL IS MISSING OR ILLEGIBLE / THE ADDRESS HAS BEEN CORRECTED. THE DELIVERY HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED

US 06/30/2010 1:55 P.M. BILLING INFORMATION RECEIVED

Has my package been ripped open and examined and this is the excuse they're giving me? Because I've never had a problem with Northerner screwing up on packaging labels. And now due to the holidays I won't get my General Whites until TUESDAY. I'm pretty pissed right now and you best bet your ass UPS will be refunding me if any of my snus is opened.

I've got an origin scan now. They're showing expected delivery as Tuesday. Initial expected delivery was tomorrow. What... the.. ****.

Upon further investigation - this is Northerner's fault. They didn't include my F'N state in the mail to address! WTF?! So I studied how to decipher a tracking code to get Northerner's UPS account number and used the US warehouse's zip code to log in to detailed tracking info and the ship to address label UPS replaced it with has my name spelled horribly wrong and they didn't put my damn apartment number on the label. Jesus. What a cluster****. I bet the lazy UPS guy gets here, sees there's no apt # on the box and just says screw it, drives away, and deems my package undeliverable rendering it return to sender. Worst case scenario? Yes. Most likely one considering UPS sucks a hairy nut sack? Yes.
