    Stupid Dakotas....

EDIT: Never mind, I just found a cigar shop that I CAN enter that sells General. I may have to go check it out. My day just got better.
How ironic it is, at 19 you are not permitted to pay for your own petty vices but you're plenty old enough to go die in the imperial legions for the glory of greater israel.

I don't think I'd be too damn worried if I had 200+ cans like you, but I digress...

Is the N&J white just like the black in taste? I'm dieing to try some but would rather not order from Sweden...

Why wouldn't they set it at 19 then? I don't know of any states that have it set at 21, but some have it at 19.

That is just retarded. I know you used to have to be 21 to use any kind of tobacco related coupons (like they checked), but not being able to get your snus when you're of legal age is just......shouldn't that be illegal or something? UPS isn't the government and you had no warning during purchase. I'm 32, so it's no big deal to me personally, but that is just absolute bullshit. So if you order some fancy imported beer from overseas, do you gotta be 25 to get it from UPS? Just......gah, so dumb I can't even express it properly.

Kinda like the Walmart "Tobacco sales" policy. If you even look like you might be under the age of 40, you must show ID.

Its that way because the fines for selling it to minors is so severe they can't afford to mess up. My girlfriend works in a restaurant, and she has to ID everyone that looks under 40, they have cops come in discussed as regular people and if she doesn't ID them she gets suspended for 14 days.

Haha, so, the girlfriend heard my big rant the day it happened. So today we were watching 'Kids Jeopordy'. Dont ask why. And they asked, "The legal age one is considered an adult." My natural instincts responded 18 in my head, but I yelled, '21!!', figuring it was 21 considering UPS asks for an adult signature, which is 21. And the contestant answered 18, and Alex Trebek confirmed 18. And my eyes got huge, the girlfriend silently looked at me with a grin, and I ****in jumped out of my couch, "WHAT THE ****!!!! GOD DAMMIT UPS YOU PEICES OF CRAP! JESUS FRICKIN CHRIST!" Hahahaha. The girlfriend got a kick out of it. I am still pissed...

They ought to change the adult age to 21 since they require you to be 21 for so much stuff.
