So in addition to PACT, apparently snus can not be sold to residents of Massachusetts. Getsnus/northerner no longer list US-MA as an option to ship to and an order with buysnus has been on hold for two weeks. This is bloody ridiculous.

I'm asking for help though. If someone hopefully stateside can mail me a few rolls I will graciously compensate via paypal. I've been out of thunder frosted for a couple months in addition to some others. I'm also a fan of thunder blue and i know some of you bought it and hate it.

I really can't stand this law. What else can I do now? Travel out of state and get a PO box JUST for snus? This is friggen madness.

UPS can't deliver to a PO box.

You might be able to get it delivered to an out of state UPS store - I think a couple people are trying this.

There is also, as I understand, a current shortage of Thunder Frosted.

What a mess. A UPS Store I just got off the phone with in RI just said they won't do it and have been getting too many calls about it.

Yeah. It is lame. I would hate to think of leaving my home because the state takes away my ability to enjoy something legal. What a tough situation. I think our community can assist these folks, I know I am happy to. MA is really pricey though, but I live in California...no room to complain.

I'm just worried of the day when other states including mine follow.. On the way home today I stopped by a cigar shop on a whim to see what general they had.. Three cans of mint minis and one of OP. I asked the guy if anyone ever asks for snus he said no, I almost offered to buy his general fridge lol but I could tell he wasn't the owner. I'm just lookin for good backups incase Texas follows Mass and Iowa etc.

My advice would be to visit that shop at least monthly and buy a couple cans. Most small business owners will keep things in stock if they sell, even if they sell a bit slowly. Snus has a pretty long "refrigerator" life.

This is what I do. I like the mint General products enough to buy a can or two a couple of times a month.

I live in Mass. I'm about 1 hour from a New Hampshire UPS store. If I sent the package to that store (if required to put my original address on the package), would I have to pay NH and Mass. taxes on it or just New Hampshire tax. If it's just NH taxes, I would be a happy man!
