    friend mailing snus from overseas?

Has anyone had snus mailed from overseas by a friend or relative? I am assuming that PACT is aimed at businesses and that an individual sending tobacco through the mail, because it is not a commercial transaction, would be OK. Am I wrong?

Have friends overseas that are willing to mail Lucky Strike Nites but wonder if I am taking a chance?

That would be technically not ok. (Not FDA registered)

Also, they would still be supposed to not use the postal system, but instead use UPS.

    So, yeah, some risk.

Looks like it wouldn't be a problem to send and still use USPS, but what do I know:
