I noticed a lot people enjoy a certain snus with their morning coffee or after breakfast. Which, IMO, is the best snus of the today (just like the first cigarette of the day was for me).

Out of the 5 cans I got with my first order, General Onyx is absolutely perfect for my morning snus. I drive about an hour to school everyday and have to get up rather early. All the driving usually makes me pretty tired so I have to have an energy drink (mostly just redbull).

I have noticed that Onyx and Redbull compliment each other well even though they are completely different tastes. Most people would get sick thinking of any kind of snus with Redbull but I love it. Onyx has the perfect morning nicotine kick too.

I just wanted to share my morning ritual with everyone. Keep snusing!

I like Grov portions, Landströms, and Gellivare for my morning snus'. All go great with coffee, which is a must to start the day with.

My usual morning snus is a general maxi portion and for a change of pace a Gustavus XL.

I've become very partial to Grov loose and coffee in the morning as of late. Goteborgs Rape loose is also very good in the morning, without coffee, just by itself.

Sometimes a pris of Nick and Johnny or Skruf is good too. But beware. After a night of nicotine-devoid sleep, those two will knock you on your ass. At least that's what they do to me. Sometimes I'll pop in a pris and just sit down on the couch and melt. It's what I would imagine heroin to feel like.

I am trying my first pris of gellivare right now and I agree its really good with coffee. I don't know if its the coarse sort of sandy cut of it or what, but it seems to provide a more immediate rush than the stuff I am used to (ettan knox skruff stark). Anyway thanks to you and others that recommended gellivare and lanstroms (which I have an unopend container of).

I think the first mornings snus is very crucial to how the rest of the day's snus' go. If I have a good first snus early in the morning the rest of my snus' all day seem to be better. Anyway... if I want a kind of stout strong morning snus I use Lucky originals. That's usually what I use. A good kinda light morning snus for me is GR or GR No. 2. Grov is also very good. For me it's gonna be a snus that's good with coffee.

Onyx is WAY too lemony/citrusy for my taste, especially in the morning. In the morning I want something that is natural tasting. No flavored stuff

First snus in the morning with coffee is most definitely a Nick and Johnny portion. I go to my loose Stark later in the day, as the pouches are simpler to deal with.

I quite agree about the Onyx. It's great snus, but too citrus for A.M. coffee. I only wish to taste tobacco and coffee when I greet the day.

Grov is EXCELLENT with a black cup of coffee, I have to agree.
