Too funny I woulda just showed up and knocked on the door, with all the orders there's gotta be someone there during business hours. Legally they probably just can't hand it to you. I'd send them an email and ask though.

I saw on some documentary that marijuana growers were using USPS to send several tons of pot across the country, it might have been UPS though so I'm not sure this was actual weed not the seeds.

First of all, I think the USPS has too many other problems to concern themselves much about people sending tobacco through the mail. Secondly, there are probably quite a few postal workers, including supervisors and managers, who are tobacco users themselves, or who simply don't believe that government should interfere with an adult acquiring tobacco. And finally, federal employees are used to seeing laws passed that are never or rarely enforced.

I've received 2 packages of snuff through the USPS in the past week or so. One had a customs sticker which clearly declared there was snuff in the package, the other was mailed from a US address and had nothing to indicate the contents. Both arrived without incident.
