I have enough snus to probably last me about a month, but, being 19, I will no longer be able to order any snus once I get back to school (thanks UPS). There's one cigar shop that I can buy a limited selection of General portions for $5.35 a can, and even though I like General, I don't want to be limited to their original, wintergreen, and mint portions. I like my variety. And that's a tad pricey.
So, I believe that having discovered my favorite tobacco product and only able to use it for 8 months, unfortunately I think I may *attempt* to cut out tobacco altogether (I sure as well aint going back to cigarettes, frickin cold in ND). Have any of you had any experience with using snus to quit? Since I'll be out of sterks (probably a good thing), I plan to just use the General OPs, and limit the amount I have per day, gradually lowering it, and eventually switching to minis in hope that I can lower the tolerance and addiction.
Have any of you tried this? Did it do any good? If so, how long did it take?
