I'll have to post a pic of my current can of Skruf Stark portion tomorrow (tin 2 of roll 1 of 4) Looks like the factory ran out of water I've seen Catch dry portions looking moister and they're supposed to be dry whites

Just hope the other brands I've ordered to try arrive soon

Edit - In fact here you go...

My buddy went on a trip to Norway, and talked about snus he saw there. A few weeks later I saw Camel snus in the local Sheetz. I got a tin since I heard of it from my friend. I probably wouldn't have otherwise, and just assumed it was some kind of new "Skoal Bandit".

I kept getting coupons for a free pack of Marlboro Snus in my cig packs, so finally one day - Memorial Day as a matter of fact - I decided to get some on my way to work.

When I got to work, and before I opened the Marlboro Snus, I googled "snus" and read about Swedish Snus. Found General at a local cigar shop, then ordered some different kinds online, then found this place. And here I am.

The Marlboro Snus is still sitting unopened in the console of my car.

Been completely smoke-free for 7 weeks this Saturday.

I've had no problems with my recent Skruf, it's still a daily strong snus.

Just trying 02. Seems a similar experience to Skruf Stark. The portion type seems the same - hybrid, not quite white but not quite brown. Long, thin portion though which feels quite comfortable under the lip and doesn't notice as much as normal shaped large portions. Flavour seems to last a long time but not quite the Skruf Stark taste, near though. The portions all look consistent in the tin I got too in appearance. Looks a possible alternative. Have to try some of the Skruf Stark White I also got later to see what that's like too.

Not sure if I will like the Thunder Berry brown with it being a brown and having quite a pronounced taste but might give it a go.

Imperial Tobacco, makers of Skruf and Knox
                  by Guest
Imperial Tobacco is the parent company of Skruf (pronounced 'Skroof' and Knox brands of Swedish snus. Skruf is probably the second most popular snus brand in Sweden and one of the top most popular snus brands in the growing American market.

Skruf was started by two life long friends who saw an opportunity to make a big future for a small product - Jonas Engwall and Adam Gillberg.

Life long friends and entrepreneurs, Jonas and Adam, sat down in 2001 to discuss how they could use their skills gained in the world of finance to build a business in an area they were passionate about.

Only the best tobaccos are used in the making of Skruf and the famous Swedish standards for production of snus are of course being met.
