Consumer Panel Online wants me to complete a Smokeless Tobacco Survey

Have any of you guys gotten one of these in an email?

Haven't filled it out yet as I don't know who they are.

How do they</> know I use snus?

    Thanks,
    Jay

I got it yesterday and completed the survey. They must have farmed our email addresses from this site.

I've done 2 of their surveys so far. I haven't seen the latest one.

Upon following the link it says:

Thank you for your interest. However, at this time, we are looking for survey respondents who fit a different profile.

Please do not be discouraged, as there may be future studies to which you will be invited to participate.

Also, note that this is a "recruitment survey", whatever that is. Their support email address is: Consumer-Panel-Online@markettools.com

Ill have to check my email when I get home. In the meantime, I signed up on their main page

                  goto: http://deploy.ztelligence.com/start/...=15XZFC33G5KVL

They will ask some questions about whether you dip or snus or if you EVER have dipped or snused, and then some questions regarding what brands youve tried and how frequent/in what quantity you purchase/use the products, then after the questionare they ask for your email and will send you tobacco surveys routinely. Im all signed up!

I've gotten 2 of these in the past. Since I didn't know who they were, they went straight to deletion like every other mail who's sender I don't know.

I deleted them a long time ago.

I've been wrong lots of times. Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

They kicked me out. I work for a sales and marketing organization (custom kitchens is just the means to the end) and as soon as I answered that question they ended it and said that they were looking for people with a different profile.

It's pretty crappy that they're controlling the results even to this degree.

Lol, you should have seen that coming! It's a conflict of interest thing. like if your doing a survey about whether or not you like your insurance company, you can't bethe CEO of another insurance compay or an insurance salesman for the company in question lol.

I just took another one of their surveys.

Some of the questions are stupid, like they don't even understand what snus is...

For example... You're given a choice to choose between 2 statements.

I snus to cut down on the ammount of cigarettes I smoke... or .... I snus because I like to dip and spit

They don't have an option for neither. You have to choose one or the other.

Doing that stuff for RJR about made my head explode. Aside from the tedium of doing the SAME survey every month, some of the questions were retarded. What's a "refreshing" experience regarding tobacco? What's a "genuine" brand? They had other marketing speak BS, but I can't remember them offhand.
