You know, I quit pretty easily with snus, but 4 months later I'm jonesing for a cig, hopefully this will pass soon.
Snus and smoking

Same here. In fact, my cigs were Camel Lights and I really just don't like them anymore. I prefer a different cigarette, almost any other one really. Even if I have one and use mouthwash and brush well I still have that taste in my mouth in the morning. That in itself is enough not to go back...and the phlegm. Ugh. Many say just go ahead and have one. The snus will win anyhow.

I smoke about once or twice a month with friends or when I am camping and I always go back to snus. I wouldn't worry about it too much. Smoking is nice but cigarettes will actually start to taste worse over time. Also, snus is about 1/3 of the cost to use and you can use it anywhere. If you break down and hove one or two, you will probably just go back to snus.

I smoke two cigarettes every day.
One on the ride TO work.
One on the ride FROM work.
My cigarettes stay in my car.
I chew Copenhagen long cut. Every morning. I have a fat dip while I Shite.Shower. and Shave. and it helps me get my nic ramped up for the day.
After work I'll snoot a half a gram or so of snuff too before supper. Usually around 8 or 10 portions of snus a day at work.
I can skip my cigs, I do on weekends, I can skip my dip, I do fairly often. I can't skip my snus.
If I had to choose only one it would be snus hands down.
I snuff and chew and smoke and snus. At the end of the day snus is more important for me. The rest is just habit, divergence, and novelty.

Your theme song should be Thunderstruck Baker, with all that nic. Woo hoo...God bless ya, man. I think I'd crap myself if I tried that now.
Simply, I wonder if the menthol matters. I never liked them except the occasional Kool that my buddy smokes. Actually, a Newport in the hot summer was good too every now and again. For some reason I don't think they'd be as repulsive as a plain tobacco cig. Weird that I say that as I am vehemently opposed to menthol/mint stuff.
