What snus do you find you prefer better cold, Frozen,room temp

I was just about ready to make this point...

Mine are generally fridged but I've use some straight from the freezer with no problems.

The Northerners (formerly known as Oomph) are so dry they need no refrigeration.

It's not a matter of having a problem, More of have you found taste to be different with with a certain snus being in your pocket while your outside in 95 degree weather all day as opposed to one coming out of the fridge of that same snus.

I have noticed some snus, But not all is just better cold rather than hot or warm.... I know it get's warmed up by your mouth, But i would have thought others may have found differences with outside temps before putting in your mouth... I don't think many of us really pay that much attention to each and every snus we lip.

Depending on many factors (time of day [time of month for some ], what we've eaten or had to drink, etc), the taste experience of even the same snus back-to-back can be different.

Basically, if it tastes okay it stays lipped a while; if not, it's a quick/early spit-out. Do we always remember the differences? Not unless we've managed to whittle down our selections to just a handful of snus flavors; for many of us at this time that's not even a given.


"Hot snus vs cold snus taste differnces between differnt snus flavors" only matters if one has the time/temperament to totally 'savor the moment'.

It's like enjoying a gourmet meal: the taste experience is definitely different between a casual sit-down with fellow connoisseurs and a hit-and-run-out-the-door quick lunch. Or for that matter, enjoying a tall cool one while casually watching the game or gulping down that same drink while cutting wood or mowing the lawn.

All I have available are General snus. Right now, I am taking all of them (Original, Wintergreen, and Mint) from the refrigerator. Until a week or so ago, I always took them at room temp.

After giving this more careful consideration I can emphatically state that
I prefer all my vacuum-marinated delicacies ........ COLD from the fridge.
Initially, they just taste better cold.
