    My Baking Skills Are Declining

Weird. At first (earlier this week), my baking skills were creating perfect barrels of snus goodness. Now they are getting crappy. It almost reminds me of a slump in baseball. I just had to prematurely abort a…pri…can’t say it…a dip. (I’ll quit the stupid pris jokes after this post…actually I just did) Maybe my can of Skruff Strong is drying out over the week?

I have found that the longer I have a can open, the more ornary it is about listening when i tell it to bake. Just give it a stern look, put 2-3 drops of water in the can, shake it like it owes you money and let it sit in the fridge to think about the pain it has put you through. Your next piece should bake just fine.

Getting an icetool will also eliminate the need to do all of the above. "Icetool, Baking ornary snus accross the world!"

Exactly like he said. Put your hand under the faucet (or even better, bottled water), let a few drops fall off your hand into the tin, and pack it like you would grizzley, or whatever you used.

I wouldn't try this with a finely cut snus like Ettan or the sorts. Try and use these quicker. But with a coarse cut like Skruf, you should be cool.

I use this exact technique above with all the LD products.

I have been meaning to post something like this for a while. It seems that many if not most of the folks hear are x-smokers. I applaud you all in your efforts to become smoke free. However, I have come to snus by a different rout and so I want to share my experiences with all those x-dippers who may be looking at this site for suggestions and direction to get started.
