Nowadays, mom and dad are so worn out from their hectic schedules that neither wants to cook, so they take the kids out for dinner. And where do the kids want to eat? It sure ain't the vegetarian restaurant. No, it's Mickey D's, or something equally unhealthy.

GoVegan, if you've got a kid who asks to be taken to the vegetarian restaurant for dinner, more power to ya. But if that's the case, I daresay you're one of the few exceptions to the rule. And you'd better make sure your tyke isn't sneaking Chicken McNuggets when your back is turned.

My daughter likes vegetarian food; well pretty much all food :^D There just isn't much available for purchase unless you live in a big city. Cheese pizza, salad, and bean burritos are about it around here. There's an Indian place nearby that's very good, but it's too expensive to eat there more than occasionally, at least for me.

There is a place near me called Gaias Garden. It is a vegetarian buffet. My 2 favorite words are vegetarian and buffet so naturally I love it but my kid loves it as well. I will admit that he likes pizza and Taco Bell better but he will eat there just as well.
