    Actually if you're happy with your nicotine intake, fine. But for a few days a little while back I just felt pretty unwell and sort of mallaised between every portion. I mean the withdrawal I would feel(spaced out, low blood pressure) would happen not long after a portion, and not stop until the portion had been in a while. And then it occurred to me, I'm not trying to quit or ween myself off nicotine, so why am I doing this to myself?

    I just started having a portion in whenever I'm not eating. I don't try to get "the most" out of each portion anymore, I think alot of the time that just left me in a slow withdrawal. So yeah, It's been great. I make my own portions, and I've found somewhere between "mini" and regular sized(when compared to traditional portions) is best for me. morning to night. I have overdosed on nicotine long ago and had one too many portions, but I guess those days are over. And I honestly feel more even-keel and less tired all day.
