Don't cross the snus streams (with Marlboro)!

This morning after leaving for work I realized I had forgotten to replenish my daily supply of portions that I carry in my Icetool snusbox. I only had like 6 portions of General with me--probably enough to get me through the workday, but I am compulsive about carrying more than I will need so I don't have to stress about running out. I had a pack of Marlboro Rich in my briefcase--I bought it once on a whim and stuck it in my bag in case of emergencies. This seemed like an emergency, so I decided to try using a couple pouches of the Marlboro during the day to stretch out my supply of real snus. To remind me to do this, I stuck a couple of the Marlboro pouches in my snusbox with my General. A couple hours after doing this, I took out a General WP and discovered it was already heavily impregnated with flavoring from the Marlbor Rich. Not what I was wanting!

Cliffs: Put some Marlboro snus in a can with some General portions, Marlboro flavor bled over. Don't do it!

Very funny you mentioned that.. Today I brought 6 portions with me three Gotland fladers and three roda lacket.. It's amazing how the flavors mix.. The roda had a
hint of apple which is somewhat nice.

It wasn't. Eric's combinations sound much tastier. What astonished/annoyed me is that just having those couple of Marlboro portions in there for probably less than 2 hours contaminated the whole batch. I was tasting Marlboro all day and happier than usual to get home. And I was still smelling the stuff in my snusbox--had to wipe it out a couple times with a damp paper towel.

Any snus placed with a different snus will change it's flavor.

I've spoiled once an entire can of ettan original portions with general wintergreen (the combination is very nice either lol)

Yeah Marlboro snus is about the worst I have ever had. Any snus it touched would be tainted and thus would be unfit for human consumption.

Probably not, and since RJR does not seem to be interested in transparency in the least bit, I doubt we could confirm it either way. I have noticed that camel snus pouches have been getting bigger, and the moisture content has gone up (from 'Sahara' to 'Mojave'), but the manufacturing process remains mysterious.

My own personal theory is that camel just buys all the dried out Copenhagen that comes back to the factory from stores, boils it in water, and spays it down with a paint gun that has zebra stripe gum floating in the can.

There is actually some guy I work with that loves Marlboro snus. Poor guy, he refuses to even try real snus. I got another co-worker off dip with them and now he loves Jak wintergreen. As for the arlboro they are the absolute worst POS you could put in your mouth. There horrible!
