I had been using almost exclusively 16 MG and above snus. I have seen some studies that mentioned the fact that there may be more health risks with an Ekstra Sterk than with a regular 8 Mg portion however that is not what I want to talk about.
My issue Is I keep hearing about this "nic hit" from guys that have been using snus much longer than I have and I only feel nicotine about 3 times a month. I just don't see the point of using something and not enjoying it so I looked for the common denominator in the guys that still get a buzz.
The answer (for me at least) is Regular strength portions. I have been using mainly 8 Mg portions with maybe 2 strong a day for the past 2 days and now I even feel the nicotine in the 8's. What makes sense to me is that when I use 16 Mg after 16 Mg my level never comes down enough to feel the nicotine enter my blood stream.
Has anyone else experienced this? Are there any more tips out there?
