Need help, starting to dislike snus I used to love

So I haven't used snus since April not sure why I stopped my usage just leveled off and then it got to the point where I wasn't using snus at all. Anyways I popped in a portion of newly opened Camel White, previously my go-to everyday snus and I found I didn't like the taste. Tonight I pop in a portion of newly opened General White (another snus I used to enjoy) and I find myself dissatisfied with the taste as well. I'm not sure why this is, even when I first started snusing I loved Camel White, hell, it was my first ever snus I tried. Not sure as to why this is all happening, any suggestions on what I should do?

    Been there...

Time to mix it up. Try stuff that you never liked... better yet, try some los.

I went through a similar phase a few years back and started to only use los... which I can't stand now... I now use a ton of wintergreen which I use to hate!

Quit if you can. Or try to find a new flavor that you like

If it's the subtle flavours that you dislike, try a base tobacco like Ettan or Phantom Brown. If it's flavour that is lacking, there are loads of options- wintergreen, berry, Lakrits, cinnamon, melon...

          +1

I've had a few "go to" snuses move out from under me.........it is quite common....in fact it is expected. When you hear the old timers keep telling new folks that their taste will change........this is exactly what they are talking about

So I second Nuusku and wa3zrm.....if you can quit do so......if not try some new flavor profiles

Thanks for the advice all! I'll try to switch it up, as for quitting, nah this is the usual cycle: Snus during winter, usage levels off by april, starts again mid summer, stops by end of august, starts again end of november. *shrug* Not sure why, been this way the past 2 years. Kinda pissed about the General White though, just bought it and I hate it, at least the Camel White had been sitting in my freezer the past few months. Oh well haha

Save em.........even the snuses that have turned on me........I still keep in the freezer.....I will revisit them after a while to see if maybe it was just over use that was the problem.............if I still don't like it......it becomes my "Fishing snus"...........It's the can I will grab when I am going to be out in the sun all day.....or away from refrigeration for a while..........and thus don't want to put a favorite snus through the abuse.

A dose of Oden's will fix that.

                  ------------

You can vacuum seal the bag before putting it in the freezer to keep it extra fresh.
