I have just recently got a prismaster but have used 3ml syringes for the last 5 years or so. I just cut the tip off right at the end. I am a nurse though so I can get them all day long at work.

3ml syringe. Cut off end of barrel as straight as possible. Debur hole. Place open end flat on table and push plunger all the way down. Stick safety pin into plunger neck immediately above syringe barrel to keep plunger from extending out of barrel. Done.

          Don't use oral syringe---too large.

The icetool is an expensive, but rewarding investment. Used mine for five years now, original o ring!

do yourself a favor and look up the Mortar snus tool. I recently got a bunch of samples and find this to be of exceptional quality and it works so very well. And it's made of what I think is ABS plastic, so it's wicked inexpensive.

When I use lös, (usually in the evening at home), I often use a portioning tool, in the order of frequency:
                -oral syringe 5 ml
-oral syringe 3 ml (first attempt to make a home tool, it's called " the clifftool")
                - Prismaster modified
                - Original Ice tool 3 ml
When out I usually hillybilly pich it or use Prismaster.
