I haven't heard Prilla being used around here, and pris is rarely used, although used. There are some wierd ones to, such as "bleie" for portion, which means diaper :P Many of the die hard use snusers that use exclusively loose, use that word to diss portion users. They also call say only girls and homos use portions, but they're just trying to start troubleI usually just reply back with "then we must have a lot of homos around here, right?"
Asking for a pris using Norwegian slang:
Haru pris eller?
Formal:
Har du pris, eller?
Directly translated:
You have (a) pris, or?
There really isn't that much slang for it, say compared to slang for drugs such as marijuana where there exists endless amounts of slang.

Most people in sweden ask Har du snus? ( do you have snus?) I've never really heard anyone or been asked by anyone, Har du pris/prilla?
Snus dosa - can of snus
En stock (of snus) - the roll of 10 cans
Göteborgs Rapé - Rapé is a french word. It is used here with the meaning 'cut' or the cut of the tabacco. Gothenburgs Cut!
