How many times per day for you?

Just curious: how many times a day do you snus (los or portion)? I wasn't a heavy smoker or dipper before, but I find myself popping in an N&J West, Onyx, General (Sterk or Wintergreen) or a Catch mini portion quite often. 8-10 a day.

It's about the same for me... I was chain snusing while I was trying to kick the cigs, but now I'm keeping a portion in longer, and putting some time in between uses... I use a portion about every two hours...

I was a heavy smoker (pack + a day for 30 years), but so far I haven't had to chain snus (it's been a month without cig's).

I'm at 8-12 portions a day.

I chain-snus, but I tend to leave the portions in for a while. I use los maybe once or twice a day, and only at home.

6-12 a day I started using snuff so somedays are snuff and snus days so I use less snus. I really like los but I am a trainer and do a lot of speaking infront of classes so I use portions on class days.

About 6-10 a day for me. 6 if the can is so-so, up to 10 if I really like the can or two that has been opened.

4-6 a day, I'm a pretty light user. Two of them usually are mini's that I use at work.

If I used portions it would probably be a minimum of 16 per day, about a maximum of 1 can of portions per day.

I like los much better an I find that I use about half a can minimum but more like 3/4 can a day. Party days I will easily use 1 can a day.

I use about 6 or 8 portions and about two loose prillas a day.
One or two first thing in the morning, then about one an hour til lunch. After lunch I only have two or three portions before going home. At home after supper I have one skruf stark pris then before bed I have Blue Phantom loose. I usually throw in a portion of goteborgs rape or something else before bed, sometimes fall asleep with it.

On my days off I mostly only loose it. Probably 5 or 6.

It depends on when I throw in my first pris, but after my first, I generally will switch the pris out just for a fresher flavor between 1-2 hours. There's a certain satisfaction to having a pris in for 3 or 4 hours without a mudslide, but honestly, I'm pretty sure I've gotten all the nic out in about 45 minutes, so once the flavor is pretty much gone and the pris skins over, I don't really see the point in posturing. I'll usually wait about 30 minutes or an hour tops before the next one. On occasion I'll swipe out the old one and pop in a new one right away, but if I have my skruf stark on me, I'm good for 2 or 3 hours after I spit it out.

I'd guess I go through about 6-8 a day. Never counted to be honest, I might do that tomorrow.

from what i've read it seems most of the people that replied use snus on average 8-10 times a day. so i guess i'm pretty average heh

I use portions only, and I know that the cans contain about 1/2 the snus as los... However, since I was probably spending about $6.00 a day on cigs, $3.50 every two or three days is still a deal for me...

I use about 5 or 6 portions a day... but when alcohol is involved that number can increase drastically. If I take a fresh box with me when I go out I wake up the next day with about 10 left at best, and that's if nobody else helps out. Of course after those nights my throat is destroyed
