Okay, i posted the "a newbie snus user needs help" topic and thank you again 4 ur answers.

i am now almost finished with my catch and lucky cans. today, i got two cans of GROV original portion. its okay, but it tastes a bit funky. What are your opinions on grov? my lip is not sore anymore and i am really beginning to enjoy the flavour of the snus. i havent stopped smoking (yet) but hopefully, some day, i will.

I really like Grov. Nice solid tobacco taste, without a bunch of additives. Grov is one of my top 3.

Don't worry to much about the stopping smoking. Don't push it. I was doing both for a while and after a month cigs just started tasting bad, and snus delivered the nic better. Not faster, but better. Plus I like the flavor, as opposed to leftover smoke.

As TBD said, don't sweat the smoking thing. If you're like me, you'll smoke less and less as time goes on. I still smoke a bit, but not because I /need/ to, it's because I /want/ to. The biggest thing is breaking the physical habit of smoking. Manually manipulating the cigarette and lighter, inhaling...

One thing that helped me was to quit taking cigarettes with me when I traveled. Going to the pub, driving... That helped break my habit of smoking due to boredom. I really didn't miss them much either. A big reason I smoked was for something to do.

So true, it's the best coffee snus. Also tastes really good together with a cold dark beer.

I love Grov but they tastes a bit salty sometimes. So if you like the Grov tastes but isn't happy with the salt taste try Ettan, General or Skruf Stark. Really good snus sorts.

It took awhile for me to get used to Grov, but I do like it now. I can't say the same thing for Grov Svart... :?

Stopping smoking is going to take some practice. Just do it! It's a new year see how long you can last. Once you put a conscious effort in to it you will notice what it will take to quit. I say just do it because you have snus. It's not like you'll be going cold turkey. You know you want to quit! There is really no reason not to. Besides you need something to brag about over here. Be a snus hero man.
