    Has anyone noticed...

Has anyone noticed that when you have more energy, you get more of a buzz? I think that's the way it works for me because when I'm tired I get less of a buzz. It used to be the other way around...I'm so confused...does the amount of energy you have effect the buzz at all? If someone has a good explanation, that would rock.

What kind of buzz are we talking about.

Nicotine?? Snus has never given me a buzz so hard to say. I was a 2 pack a day smoker as I switched over to snus a few years ago. But I can get a buzz from snuff, and my degree of tiredness has never affected that (mind you, I have about 5 days experience so far with snuff).

I have noticed this. When I am tired I do not really crave or feel the effects of snus/nicotine much. When I get a good nights sleep I crave it all day and can feel it all day.

An ex 2 pack a day smoker here also. I never get a buzz from snus alone. A mixture of General Eckstra and Wilsons Tom Buck snuff did it. I don't use for the buzz anymore, now it's just to keep me level.

I was hung over yesterday and only had two portions that day. I popped in a Pall Mall portion on my way to work this morning and felt a nice, relaxing nicotine buzz. This occurred because my blood-nicotine level was extremely low. I can only imagine what popping in an Ekstra Sterk would have felt like that morning!

I get a rounded buzz from snus in the morning, a sort of general wellbeing kinda feeling for 45 minutes or so. Nothing like the buzz from cigs. When I have little energy I tend to snus more.

When I first quit I had no nicotine for 3 days before trying snus. I didn't get a buzz but a sense of "wholeness" came over me. Not sure how to describe it but it was like my body was telling me YES!

I've had nicotine in my body for 2/3 of my life. Started steadily at 10 years old and will be 30 in May.

I never get a buzz, and I wouldnt even know what it is like to be without it in my system.

The last time I tried "cold turkey" from cigs, a buddy and I went from friday suppertime till sunday suppertime. I was highly agitated, experiencing auditory hallucinations and my vision even seemed to be effected. colors seemed faded, like watching life through an old film reel, except with the mental/emotional turmoil it wasn't as cool as that might sound. I ran for the gas station at that point for smokes.
