Usually only 30 min. When I first started I kept one in for about an hour and maybe a bit more but now I get the flavor and the nic and quit trying to milk it.
On another note... I have really increased my usage since school started. I was using 6-8 a day before and now using over half a can a day. Stress is a real bitch.Comment
