Don't Leave Your Snus On a Shelf for Six Months

So, I was using snus and loving it, bought a few tins of los and a log of Goteborgs Rape, and then my ADD kicked in and I forgot I used snus, and much like a fallen angel went back to the convenience of cigarettes from the gas station.

That was at least six months ago. Then I saw Camel's new Snus ads everywhere at the gas station, and I figured I should give that a try again. I looked through my freezer and found half a roll of the Goteborgs, still good. And then, behind my bookshelf, I found an open tin of Ettan los, which was half-filled with what looked like sand, and smelled like a cheap cigar.

Being a true Viking, I decided to use a spray bottle filled with water, rehydrated the Ettan, and let it sit for a few hours in the refrigerator.

I came here to search this forum to see if anyone's died from trying this, but I didn't find any posts. So, I boldly went where (possibly) no SnusOn member has gone before, packed a pris (packed quite well), and popped it in.

Result? Tastes and smells just like a cheap cigar, but I've had it in for a good 20 minutes, and I'm still alive. Feel fine, in fact. It probably has as many TSNAs as regular dip now, but it's nicotine!

    P.S. : If I don't post again, I recommend not trying this.

In fact, I recommend not trying this in general. I feel fine, but sticking stuff in your mouth that's been behind a bookshelf for over six months is probably what most experts would call "a bad idea."

Come to think of it, if you read this and thought it was a good idea, seek professional help.
