What happens if you dont refridgerate and keep at room temp?

I had about 7-8 cans of General loose spoil on me on deployment. It tastes funny and gives you the shits for days. Not recommended.

Not a huge issue as long as it's white portions. Even regulars will keep for a while without being chilled. Los.....that's a different story.

I find that the Los starts to taste bitter if left out of the fridge for a day.

Yeah, husky; try taking 30 cans of General loose underway for 3 months and see how fresh that stuff is come day 50. It was not a fun few weeks.
