My most recent Northerner order arrived yesterday, nine days from placing the order, if that helps anyone. Both Buysnus and Northerner seem to run 8-9 days to get here.

Best play with it, try different combinations and you will see.
Yah buysnus is the best I think, it lets you know when you are about to uprade to the next shipping level, I ordered like 15 cans and shipped for 9$ and still could have fit more cans into that shipping bracket.

My first order from Northerner was 7 days. Second order 6 days.

If this trend continues eventually my orders will arrive before I place them.

LOL, if only this were true. Last order shipped on 4/2, we'll see how long it takes. Order size was 32 cans, and shipping options were First Priority-International for $15.55 or UPS for $38. Went with First Priority International, whatever that is. Want to see how long this one takes, and I'm affraid customs may hold this one up..we'll see.

I wondered about shipping to the US with an 8 day delivery timeframe. Obviously it's cheaper to allow the longer delivery rather than pay for UPS. I had read that snus should be kept in a cooler and I wondered if it affects the quality or freshness of the snus during it's travel.

Shipping's fine. I prefer ordering in cool weather so the snus isn't baking in a hot box somewhere, but it doesn't matter so much.

Thanks for the reply lxskllr. I had UPS'd my most recent order but I think I will consider a different delivery method next time.

You sometimes get hit with a small customs charge from UPS. It isn't a lot, but it's 1 more reason not to use them.
