Way to remove los snus...

Anybody have any tips on removing a los pris from the mouth. Is it better to spit it, or take it out by hand? I am looking for the cleanest most efficient way to do so. Thanks for any tips on this one...I guess trial and error will shine some light on it but what the hell. Im feeling chatty.

I think there's a good post on hear about this already so keep an eye out for that. For me, I found that as I got better at keeping a prus together, it became much easier to removed. Now I just hang over a trash can and sweep my finger through my lip. The whole pris comes right out and I usually don't have to rinse any more.

I do the finger sweep to. When I first started, I used a bit of toilet paper as well to catch everything. But with my Icetool, that isn't necessary anymore.

I just take a mouthful of water and swirl it around a bit. I do this about 3 or 4 times and it gets rid of the pris with no problems. For the first mouthful of water, I puff up my upper lip a bit to get water around the pris which practically allows it to fall out.

I use my tongue to pull it down, then spit it out. If more discretion's warranted, I'll go into a bathroom and do it.

I use a two digit approach, forefinger and thumb and just sweep/pluck it out of my lip, and sling it in the trash or on the ground. Depending on where I am, of course. Then a quick rinse, and I'm all good!

I just tried my first can of Los at work last night. No 'hand baking' or anything just a nice tight pinch in my upper lip. I used my normal loose snuff tradition. Winding back, crinkling my face up, and blowing it out of my mouth all over the place like a flak cannon.

But if i'm in a more civilized area. I'll use my tongue and lift it out and just gently spit it out.

This is what I do...I've never really had any problems otherwise. The key thing to remember is: the tighter the pris is when you put it in, the easier it will be to remove when you're done.

I hate to admit it but this is just what I do with Ettan.
so far no ill effects.
I don't swallow it all at once. After I've had it in my mouth for an hour or so I chew on and swallow little bits of it till it's all gone.


Yes... I like Ettan that much.

It's strange, Ettan is the only los that "magically" reduces in size while in my lip and I'm not even consciously eating it. The pris just gets... smaller.
