After buying and trying just about every other snus available on the market, my fridge currently has about 30 cans of various flavors of the large regular and white snus.

However, because of how much I smoked before, only the stronger snus really work for me.

So I just placed 3 orders from getsnus. Each order is over $50 so each order gets free shipping and each gets a free can of snus.

    Order #1
2 ROLLS of Nick and Johnny.

    Order #2
1 Roll of Nick and Johnny and 1 Roll of Odens Extra Sterk Cinnamon

    Order #3
    2 ROLLS of Claq Qui

Its like comparing "light" cigarettes to "full flavor" cigarettes. When using strong snus, I go through less per day and tend to leave the snus in for shorter periods of time (30-45 minutes). On days when I use regular snus exclusively, which is rare, I go though more snus and keep them in for longer periods of time.

Getting back to the "light" and "full flavor" cigarette analogy, the same behavior occurred when I was a smoker. I would take longer and deeper puffs on "lights" to get the same amount of nicotine I got from "full flavor" cigarettes. When I switched back to regulars, I smoked less and took fewer drags off each cigarette.

the direction this thread is going is actually reminds me of a question I ve been meaning to ask:
What do you guys think is less harmful to do over a particular period of time - to snus 3 extra starks or 6 regulars? I'd be kind of curious about the cigarettes (though I don't smoke) - fewer number of full flavor or a larger number of light cigarettes that provides the same nicotine delivery?
I also understand that "harmful" is somewhat of an abstract term. any thoughts?

I'd say the 3 extra starks would be less harmful. You're getting the nicotine, without the other stuff.

For cigarettes, I don't think it makes a difference. You'll probably get cancer when you're about 67. No filter, filters, and lights all end up about the same place from my admittedly small personal sample size. All this is assuming you don't get a heart condition which is possible from snus also(nicotine).

that is an interesting point as far as snusing. I have recently been really digging ettan and lucky strike and all of a sudden I noticed that I 've been using 5-6 portions per day instead of 3-4 when starks and extra starks were dominating my repertoire. NO conscious thought went into it whatsoever.
