Using snus to quit smoking

Ozmo I guess that makes good sense. Btw is the ruyan #4 have anything to do with the ruyan brand? I think that brand of eliquid got tests done on it or something.

just started using snus....very impressed

For what it is worth
I recently started using the camel mellow snus since it was $1.79 instead of $6.00/pack. I used it with and without cigs for awhile until I had to go out on disability for awhile. I started chain smoking from 3 cigs a day to 1.5 packs. I tried the commit things but they did not lower the smoking at all. I have now been without a cig for a week now and I don't even want one. I got some samples of "general" snus and it is much better. 1 medium strength pouch for 45 minutes lasted over 12 hours. I also did not get the hiccups (which I do with the camel mellow). I never intended to stop smoking just to slow down, but so far( and I know it is way to early to tell) I do not have any desire for a cig at all and I have been a "light" smoker for 30 years and I have never been able to go more than 36 hours without a smoke. Even when I get stressed and I do get a bad nicotine fit. one pouch and it's gone in less than a minute and with the "general" swedish snus it appears that it does not come back for a long time.

i've been told no, I'm not sure what Ruyan means but it's a term or location and is not mutually exclusive to the Brand Ruyan.
