Do you reuse portions?

I did for a short while when I first started because I didn't want to waste what seemed like gold at the time. When I say reuse I mean within 20 minutes of taking it out not the next day or anything. Then someone pointed out that snus is cheap and since then the off putting nature of used snus combined with its reasonable price has kept me from re-using portions.

Maybe if the laws suddenly get nazi and snus is unavailable but even that is a stretch for me.

You know that silly ashtray thing on snus cans other than Taboca, I use it to hold a snus that I had for some reason needed take out early on. If the portion is even half done, I start over with a new one.

My dad got curious and wanted to try out my snus. I knew something was wrong when he told me it tasted like tea when it came from a can of LD Black. What he had done was figure out how to open the snus catcher lid and tried my used portion.

I didn't have the heart to tell him. :roll:

All i know is those spent portions look disgusting after five minutes in a can lid or trash can. Won't be sticking them back in my mouth anytime soon.
Besides, after a couple portions have been in that lid who knows what lovely little ecosystems start evolving inside.

Best tip to reuse is not to use the can itself. For example, use some Kleenex or some-what-paper-towel, where to put it. Yes, I agree, brown stains on the handkerchief look nasty, but if u wrap it up carefully it looks (and tastes) like a new one. If "dried" properly, it isn't slimy at all.
