Actually sounds like a case of iPhone incorrectitis --- I read somewhere
in one of these forums that iPhone has a tendency to change snus to
anus unless you add snus to the dictionary.

looks like I have a case of brain incorrectitis on my part as it didn't even pick up that it should have been snus and no I don't have anus on the brain

Lol it was supposed to be snus. My iPhone doesn't correct when I wrote snus but the a and the s are so close to eachother when you do type anus it obviously won't change it to snus. Lol
