    1. OMG! Extra starks are PURE MADNESS! Someone PLEASE SHOOT ME before I EVER do an extra stark again.
I just popped in a general Extra Sterk (I still have it now in my lip)

Was simply dancing on my chair, lol, that's how strong it is...

I can have a humongous pinch of los and still don't feel this kind of buzz...

I guess there's a bit of cocaine in these ES from General ... Even my eyes look like I am drugged or something, lol.

The pharmocological effects of nicotine and cocaine are very similar. This was discovered several decades ago by researchers who were trying to determine the true effects of various illegal drugs in blind tests using experienced drug using subjects. They thought they would use nicotine as their control substance. The reaction of the drug users to pure nicotine was largely, "Wow, this is the best cocaine I have ever had!"

I read an article about this so long ago that I would never be able to cite a reference.

Great idea, however when you get used to using Lös snus you can keep it in place without it breaking up at all for and hour or more. the thing that Lös has over portioned snus is flavour. Lös has way flavour as their is no portion material between the tobacco and your lip/gum. So making portions for lös snus defeats the purpose of Lös at least thats how I see it.

I have a recycled tea bag I've been meaning to try making portions with, but I have a hard time using lös for that purpose :^D

I guess I need to get off my ass and give it a try. That'll be useful for the rare times I could use a portion, and it would save some room in my freezer once I get all my portions used up.

There are empty snus pouches to buy just to ease your work...

            They come pretty cheap too.

Unfortunately they are not available for north America, do you know of local ones?

I finally got around to trying my recycled teabag, and it works pretty well. I can get 4 portions out of 1 Twinnings teabag, ~1g of snus each. I didn't spend a lot of time cleaning it, so some of the tea's astringency was left in the paper, but I don't find it offensive. I'm pleased with it, and think it's a good method for tea drinkers, especially those that don't use many portions.

I tried it today with a square cut from a coffee filter and a good sized pinch of Skoal Wintergreen long cut. It worked fairly well, but it took a long time to "get started". But then, it lasted and lasted.

got empty filter bags from https://www.adagio.com/teaware/paper...aa032d7a4f8b35, they are great, cost 6.75$ shipped (3$+3.75 shipping), 100 bags inside, each bag makes 8 (2.36 X 1.41) rectangles, you can make them smaller if you want.Click image for larger version

I am willing to bet toilet paper might work just as well for making your own portions. You can even use that recycled stuff if you want to go green.

I think toilet paper will not work as it is designed to melt with water contact
