Try fasting to build your appetite. You'll be in heaven when that first pris goes in.

Yeah that happens after a while. Maybe you could try one of the stronger snuses? I don't really like them though, they make me feel a little sick. I've also found that coarser ground snuses give a bit more of a burn/kick then fine cut ones.

A while back I got a free tin of offroad longcut wintergreen and I'm not sure if it's the flavour or the cut but it really hit me hard! I never thought I would have liked wintergreen but it was yummy and burny

Coming straight off of a 2 pack-a-day smoking habit, I've yet to really experience a true buzz from snus as of yet; but then I've only been using General portions so far.

I was never much for that "mainline" nic buzz anyway; I prefer the slow creep from snus. Like stated above, I would try something a little stronger and space out the time between use for more of a tangible "kick"...

I still get a buzz, but really only in the morning. If I put in a pris of Nick and Johnny or Skruf Stark, the buzz is amazing. But those are both strong brands in terms of nicotine. The other brands to give me as much of a buzz, but it's still there.

I still get a buzz after one year of snusing, but more and more rarely, mostly when I have an empty stomach and only from big prillas of loose snus.

It's normal to lose the buzz, I guess. Since I'm chainsnusing and my morning-prilla only gets me awake instead of giving me a real buzz, I don't know, if 'part-time abstinence' helps to get the buzz back, but I believe so.

BTW, the buzz is not the best thing about snus. I personally prefer the smooth, relaxing nicotine-feeling, that I always get from snus.

            Cheers!

Building up a tolerance is normal.

i never really experianced that. i have never had any cravings or felt like i have had to have it. i moved from the portions to the loose and that is when i lost it all. it was a nice thing to get that buzz while at work while having to deal with the pissy managers. i always seem to build up a tollerance to stuff quickly. last time i had to get a caivity filled it took 6 tries to get me numbed up.

You might consider what you eat/drink before you snus. If you haven't done so already, check out this thread on this question at:
