Sorry I did not see the queston until now. I meant shot, not shoot, and I have fould from the above posts (I think) that shot is the size of the snus and hit means the nicotine rush. I have seen that lingo in other posts and had been wonder what was what.
One type of snus (mini portions) that i got into for in between the traditional snus is Wise. I live only 15 minutes away from work and usually get out of bed brush my teeth, get dressed, and am at work in 30 minutes after waking up. So right after I brush my teeth I pop in 2 Wise 6g portions (double barrel shot). I get a good hit off of them. Once I get to work I have my first cup and exchange my snus for a large portion of something or a small shot of los if no one is looking. I have notice that the Wise has a good punch for it's size and I have been doging a few during the day as well. I also notice they make a low 3g nicotine version; go with the 6g if you are going to try it.

I may not really know what the term "run" actually means. In reference to los, is it when the pris starts to get out of control (flatten out and loose its shape) or the flow of juice coming out. I am starting to think it is the latter, since a portion can run, but can't get loose because the snus is contained in the bag.

"Run" can mean both at the moment, I guess. The english words to describe the state of snus getting liquid or the pris losing it's shape and little pieces of tobacco crumbling down still have to be found.
How about using "to run" (getting liquid) vs. "to crumble" (getting otherwise out of control) to describe a prilla in it's "final state".
Maybe the Swedes also have some special words, that can be used.
Cheers!
