Box Pass ???

I've got a big box of snus ready to go. As I'm really busy I don't have much time to watch over a pass - is there anyone who will take this box from me and start a pass and organize names?

Usually I worry about it getting lost but I've got a lot to give out so either way I'm freeing up freezer space.

Is the ban in those states only that companies can't ship to them? Can banned state people participate in the VIP offer? Would it be legal to send a box pass to them?

I know that Northerner cannot ship tp Iowa, but I did an order from Buysnus a month ago. I don't know if the VIP will ship to Ia, but I get mailings from trades all the time.
