I think a tracking policy is only as good as the next recipient, therefore useless. This will be our second try at having a good boxpass after a few ones that went into the ditch, So what i am saying is a "box pass" is wholly dependant on the members of said box pass. there is not much we can do but trust each other. So that's how it will go. Whether good or bad is yet to be determined.

I would say Yes ... The tracking Policy should be a new rule and go into affect if you do not agree to it you are not in... Simple.

The tracking is good, I like that everyone did it in the last one, it left out any doubt.

You all do what you want... But be forwarned if any future box pass goes missing... I tried to instill new rules and policies that would ensure that any future missing box pass mishaps would be protected... By trying to enact the following criteria:

All participants who want in should be required to provide not only their name and address, But Home and cell phone # and a Tracking number.

You only need to go and see what happened to previous Box passes to see these polices need to be enacted to prevent what has happened in the past... These are the new good old days

FWIW.. I started The tracking to ensure we all new where the box pass was and if the last person sent it or not...

Agreed.. I'll be doing it when I send it along it's way though. So the next person will know when to expect it. Plus it's fun to watch it bounce around the country
