Although Pontiac had strenuously promoted the GTO in advertising as the "GTO Tiger," it had become known in the youth market as the "Goat." Pontiac management attempted to make use of the new nickname in advertising but were vetoed by upper management, which was dismayed by its irreverent tone."

That was in 1966 (two years before I was even born).

Behind the camera was a bunch of cars waiting at a stoplite. Everybody....and I mean EVERYBODY was watching and probably wondering wtf we were doing. It was at a car dealer and they are closed on sundays around here. So it was slightly unusual activity.

Btw, thats the outfit I keep in my car to scare kids when I'm stopped at stoplites. If I wear that and stick my tonge out at them they either start to cry or yell at mom to look. By the time mom turns around I have it off and look ahead like nothing happened.

Yea I know.....I'm an ass. But its fun.
