EU box-pass?

So, I was driving back from work today, and this idea popped in my mind- box pass between us who live in EU. Added question mark in title because I'm not sure if it will work, because of customs and probably sending it will be bit expensive, but I think it could be quite intresting.

So all of you put your thoughts about it here and we'll see if we can make something out of it
