That's an epic haul. Good job guys. I was debating whether or not to send snus, and decided against it. Money's tight enough that paying for shipping isn't a trivial hardship, and well... I guess I was just lame. I'm glad everybody isn't lame. Well done :^)

I have some pm's back and forth and as of two weeks ago no dice.........Jason was concerned about the health of the snus as to the length of time it takes to get packages. There, he said maybe up to two months........I am sure we will hear from him coming up soon.Comment

Either get individual APO adresses or get them into the stores that the soliders shop on on base. Getting snus into the places they shop would be ideal, giving them a choice and option to buy at the discounted rate those stores offer, but, never being in the service myself, I have no idea about who distributes to them and what the supply chain looks like......Originally posted by GN Tobacco Sweden AB

Hello Everyone!
Sorry I haven't updated in awhile. I was away from my camp for awhile for the promotion board. I just want to say I got two of the small packages of Snus right before I left, but didn't get a chance to update you guys.
The first donations included some Oden's Extreme portions, and Phantom Los and Portions. The second box had a couple cans of Nick and Johnny's Strong portions, and some more Phantom, and a can of Goteborgs Prima Fint.
I can not stress how much I want to thank the people who have donated!
I started off with the Phantom Los. Remember this was my first experience with Swedish Snus. I was using the Camel before this. I was really surprised by the texture. Not what I was expecting! I wasn't all that excited about the aroma of the Phantom. I started hand baking my first ever pris. It came out okay, I need to work on my technique. I had learned a lot from these forums and a couple youtube videos. It came out okay. I popped it in my lip...
I was expecting the los to hit a little fast, but really it didn't. It seemed like it took a good 15-20 mins. It tasted a lot better than it smelled. The texture took some getting used to. I ended up getting the mudslides pretty bad. By the time I got to the end of the can I was able to keep it in place a little better.
Next up was the Oden's Extreme Portions. Loved this one! Had a peppery taste to me, and I think right now I prefer portions. It had a nice nic hit, and was strong enough to where I would spit when first getting started on a new portion. Really enjoyed this one.
I tried the Nick and Johnny's next. This was my favorite out of the donations received so far. Nice nic hit, great taste! I liked mixing it up with the Oden's. I would find myself craving the other after using the same portion a few times in a row. Now I understand why a lot of people have several cans open at once.
When I got back to my camp, one of my roommates had run out of dip and he ninja'ed the can of Goteborgs from the freezer. There is less than a quarter can left. I tried this when I first got back, yesterday. I liked it better than the Phantom. I also gave the Phantom portions a try. I really enjoyed them and actually have one in right now. Still need to try the Oden's los that is in the freezer.
I have to say THANKS SO MUCH! I believe there is one more box on the way that I know of. I wanted to do some pictures for you guys when I got this shipment, but I was so busy with the promotion board and everything. I promise to take pictures when I receive the next package. If anyone else wants to donate just hit me up in PM for my APO, or get with Monkey to consolidate them all.
We need to keep this going for Soldiers. For the kind gentleman who sent the Phantom who is stationed at Drum. I got you when you ship out, don't worry!
