A quick online query says about 3 weeks. Since we are now looking at bout 5-6 weeks I am pretty discouraged. That was the 3rd box of snus I've sent to Afghanistan and I've only received confirmation of receipt for the first one way back when. In any case, this one here will be the last one for me. Thank again to everyone who chipped in, you guys are great. I did check the box on the customs form requesting that the package be returned to sender in the event of ... whatever, so of course I'll let you know if that happens and redistribute the goods back to sender. Hope we hear from TMac soon. Wonder if I should contact USPS? I can't imagine they would have any more info than what is on that screenshot from their website.... argh.

Yeah! I got the coolest reply possible from our soldier TMac. The snus was extremely well-received, and a bunch of guys in his unit are loving it. This really made my morning. I'm going to PM the email he sent me to those of you who contributed. I thought about posting it here, but then realized that turning a private email into something that literally every person on Earth with internet access could look at is a fkd up thing to do.

I'm still waiting for a reply on the last military contribution thingy that I did for RickCharles a few months ago. I'm not even sure he recieved it yet tho. I suppose they get moved around quite a bit in afganistan. Surely, someone in the military will recieve it tho. There is a letter in the box and whoever recieves the package should reply ....eventually.

Curious if this thread is still alive. Would anyone be willing to send me some snus? Im 19yr Air Force member stationed in the middle east. APO packages take about 7 days to get here, out here for a year and when arriving in June realized no tobacco sales whatsoever on this base. So lucky me I struck gold and could order from Northener, they would send me 5 cans of General Mint $40 something with shipping. Well now that they updated their site I can't order a shipment to APO anymore. Ive only found one place that will send to me and that is Tobacco Country and they sent me 10 Cans of Camel SNUS frost for $57....ripoff and the snus sucks. If anyone is willing to ship to me I would gladly paypal someone the money.
