I am glad you guys like them.

The schmaltzer probably should have been sent in a tin. Straight from sifting it has a light and fluffy texture but becomes a clumpy mess when it is compressed. I need to figure that out...

The Menthol clove is probably my favorite of the two. I used minneola rind to give it a citrus scent but it came out kinda herbal....on a good way. I want to try making this one from scratch and im working on finding a suitable leaf tobacco for it.

I also have a small bit of brandy with fruit macerating in it for my next experiment ...

Seattilite and Mdisch will be mailed out this weekend. Still waiting for a few more p's.

I've really been enjoying these snuffs Monkey. I've been using them almost exclusively. The coconut in the American comes through for me sometimes, but not all the time. It's very subtle, and pleasent. The English blend would be a good seller commercially imo. What's the menthol snuff like by itself? Is it just menthol, or does it have something else added?

It is just English Menthol....which if you have never had it is very similar to Toque Menthol, just on the McChrystals base.

I used whole cloves and the rind of one Minneola. It is a sour citrus fruit. I boiled it in baking soda and water (trying to make a snuffbox but I ripped it horribly) and dried it in the sun so the essential oils in the rind would permeate the snuff with out the moisture for fear of mold.

Until I added the citrus rind it was very edgy for a snuff. The citrus brought the clove and menthol together nicely and softened the whole deal.

I like it myself and forsee a large batch from scratch after I do some experimenting with menthol crystals and finding some leaves.....

Monkey! I was just farting around, had no idea i would be a snuff recipient! I am in a snuff making haze also, actualy I have ground several pounds of base tobacco and have strangly enough developed a raw tobacco allergy that is bugging me. The whole leaf Burley I ground just tears me up with sneezing. That should pass with aging. I have about 10 pounds of base snuff ground now! Just aging it now. I have no freekin idea what i am going to do with that much snuff, trade it I guess, i just like making it.

wowww....bravo monkey!! bravo! The american coconut snuff is great. like the others have said the coconut is subtle but that is a good thing in my book...the texture is perplexing and glorious...lumpy at first but breaks up really clean! Easy too take and a great snuff! The english was wonderful as well...the menthol bite was perfect and i can't stop using this snuff! Its the only menthol snuff I've tried....i hated menthol cigs as a smoker so ive been avoiding menthol snuffs but your stuff is amazing....you sir...should go into business haha

Firstly, thank you very much for the samples! I wanted to spend some time with each to get a good impression. The American is very nice. As stated above, the coconut is not over-powering and blends with the sweetness in the tobacco nicely. For my personal taste, I wouldn't mind just a touch more of the coconut flavor, but just a touch. Great job!

The menthol is wonderful! A bravo job on this one. I thought the base was Hedges, not MC, but it is an excellent base. The clove is just right here, and it blends together in excellent fashion. The citrus takes some searching for me, but weaves the whole product very very well. Let me know when orders are being placed for this one. =) I am a fan of CoC and MC Clove blending, so this hit the spot for me. Congrats!

I tried the American Schmaltz and I love it.

The smell reminds me of ginseng, but it's not overwhelming.. Just the right balance.

The other snuff is also good.. It provides a good nicotine hit, and it opens your nasal passages. The smell is subtle and enjoyable.

                                Excellent work! Thanks again!
