5.0 Sniff and Snus. The Ultimate Box Pass.

CivilizedRedneck, I am glad I have helped. Truly, helping new folks discover this world of snus we all love so much here is THE reason I have invested what time I have. I am especially glad you are taking part in the Box Pass. For folks like you, there is still so much left to discover.

Now, one bit of advice. I am right. All the time. Folks try and resist, but eventually, they always come back here with their tale between their legs saying that Sage was really right. :wink:

Any possibility of a quick post regarding the rules, or are we just following the same as in the previous passes? Either way it would ease my mind to see some guidelines on it but no biggy..

I agree... we need some guidelines. If we all deposit three unopened cans of snus, either los or portion, and two full tins of nasal snuff as the box is being passed, how will everyone be able to sample everything? And, when the box finally is returned to MrSnusNSnuff, it will contain a ton of snus and snuff.

Maybe we should all send our snus and snuff to MrSnusNSnuff and let him mail out the box? What does everyone think?

Standard Box protocol. If you put in three snus and two snuff. you are taking out the exact same amount. So at end. there should be same number as started. Yes. folks have been adding extra, so the person who starts does make out ahead usually, but that just seems right since they did work to make it happen. The point of a Box pass is not usually to "sample" everything, just to try a few things you ever have yet.

Will be getting it when my Buysnus order comes in, it was the bonus snus. So should have some comments in a week, no later.

I hated Phantom Blue at first, even sent Xobe a can I had. But ended up using it as my go to bed snus when I ran out of Triumph and started to like it a bit. Never as an all day snus, but I could start to see some of it's charm.

So if Thunder Blue is just an extra sterk version, it might have a home as an occasional sterk. I am using only between 2 and 4 sterks a day now, so I can afford to use things I might now want to have in my mouth all the time. So curious as to what I will think of it.

To recap:

2 tins of nasal snuff (I'd prefer 25g tins or less) and 3 unopened cans of snus.

To clarify further, your nasal snuff can be open when you send it - but be considerate of the next person and don't send 1/4 of a tin.

Don't they actually go from wherever to the next closest person, then on to the next, etc? Thought that was how the first one went anyways from what I remember of the little map that was posted showing the route it was taking.
