Can I start a new box pass?

I know I'm new and don't have a lot of posts, but I have a ton of snus and a huge new order scheduled to arrive in 2 days. I'll serve as route master and use a medium sized box, but not flat rate as those boxes are 10.70. I'll align the shipping from person to person in regards to distance. I'm thinking 10-12 people. I ship stuff every day so I'm hip to shipping rates.

Any one in? I have 7 cans right now that I will start with. When the box gets back to me, I'll get rid of the expired ones and start it all over again.

    Thanks!

    Hi darlingnikki25...

Anyone can start a box pass; however, before you do so I suggest that you read through the other posts in this forum area.

The box I recently sent out has over 60+ tins... and that's not counting the nasal snuff. I use a flat rate box depending on the location it is being sent to. Sometimes just regular Priority Mail is cheaper... depends on how much you are sending and where it is going.

Before you send a box, I suggest that you give an idea what is in it and how it will work. For example, will only sealed cans be used? Will it contain just portions, los or both? Will it contained any flavored snus and or stark? Will the box have a theme? Will it just be a sample and pass box or will it require you to replace a tin you keep with something comparable? Also, be aware that sunson is an international forum. You may want to determine what geographic areas will be allowed to participate.

Many of us use passes to dump what we don't like and with any luck, will find a tin or two that we keep.

I hope this info was helpful.

If you decide to start a box, I'll be happy to participate.

I'd be down, but you shouldn't throw out expired snus. I'll take'em if you don't want them!

Thanks everyone, I'm thinking about what to do now. I just got in another order from getsnus, and figuring out which ones I don't care for, which I will also throw in.

This is what I'm thinking so far, so maybe you all can let me know what you think. I have no idea what to name it either.

Medium sized portion sampler box. No Los or Camel or Marlboro. Any flavor goes. I'll start by throwing in 5 or 6 tins. As it passes, each person can sample(don't be greedy) from whats in there and take one tin, but has to add one or as many as they want.

Tins can be opened or closed, but if they are open they have to be at least 3/4ths full and not expired. Each person can add open or sealed tins also. If a person gets the box and a tin has only 2 left, take it out and consider that a sample. The same for tins a few days from expiring.

You can keep the box for 3 days then you have to pass. I recommend that you use zip lock bags and label them for each kind, take 2 portions and fridge them for later.

After I get 10 addresses, I'll map it out so its passed within the closest to your location. Once I get it back, I'll see whats left and whats expired, and start it again. I'll list on this forum what I get back and if there is alot, the rules will change for them next one.

Anyone have any ideas? Feel free to make suggestions.

Echoing the comments of others... don't pitch the expired snus! We have ways of bringing it back to life

ok, then what would be the limit on date? I know I wouldn't want to try a snus that tastes bad because it is expired, especially if it is a good one to begin with.

                  darlingnikki25:

Check out the third video here concerning freshness:

You can use snus that has been expired for over a year!
