New order from SnusCentral

So -- after being away from tobacco for about 5 years -- and discovering that snus is available -- I had my first General snus pinch in 1986 from a Swedish exchange student in high school -- I placed an order at SnusCentral.

But -- and here's the kicker -- 1 - 3m IceTool -- but they shipped a 4ml Ice-Tool.... arrhhhh !!!

So -- what a bummer -- as this isn't an easy problem to solve.

Email has been sent -- we'll see what comes of this -- a bit of a pain.

I remember loving the General and I've always wanted to try it again -- and now that it's available easily in the states, I'm just testing the water. A few years ago -- this was impossible to get.

Hi RedOne! Normally this would be a very easy problem to solve as we would just send you the 3 ml you ordered....except that the 3 ml Stainless Steel Icetool has been discontinued by the manufacturer. Our remaining supply of 3 ml SS Icetools was gone, we dropped the ball in not adding the 4 ml and removing the 3 ml on the site when we should have. No excuses; just an apology. We even published an article exposing where things fell apart and why.

Email me with your order number and we will do what it takes to make you happy.

Folks, we haven't discontinued 3 ml stainless steel Icetool and never will. It was the first we ever designed and people still likes it a lot. 3 ml ss Icetools were out of stock for awhile, but right now available as usual and there shouldn't be any Icetool chaos anywhere - and if there really is, the best way to handle it is to contact Icetool office, we'll fix it.

You should find 3 ml stainless steel Icetool from all Icetool retailers and with quick search I noticed that at least my good old friends from Northerner.com stocks them.

I'm pissed I lost mine, would be nice to do a review on the icetool and how great it is.

Really Aki? Wow, the plot thickens. Moe Unz is more devious than even we thought! Thanks for the info....the SnusCIA is REALLY pissed now. Even Grandma is yelling for Moe's blood.

We posted an update to the article and are diving into this mystery. Depending how it turns out, I may sell the movie rights! All our customers affected by this will get cameo appearances in the movie too!

Ok!! I'm confussed... I'm expexting a new 3ml Stainless steel IceTool from SnusCentral that was to be sent out on the 12th.... Which one should I be expecting? I hope the 3ml and not the 4ml as the 3 ml is perfect for me and i think the 4ml would be a bit too big and don't want to be disappointed with it... Crap!!!

Edit: all I know for now is this is being looked into... So stay tuned

I like my 3ml stainless so much that I got a second one from the Northerner bonus giveaway rather than a 5ml. It is the perfect size and a cool piece of equipment.
