      Odens ES Original Portion. I'm sure I will visit Sweden someday between 2012 and 2052 and if I can get a decent deal on a lot of that, aound the middle of this month would be great, Fredrik I will personally come to your house and clean it. As long as you give me more snus from your personal and presumably massive stash. Sure, you can get snus every day at the office, but I'm pretty confident that your freezer is looking better than mine. Oh yeah I'll clean your wife too.

              My status has now been advanced to Pending ...
              Actually feels like being moved from the ICU to the Critical Care Ward...
              Next step should be a regular ward and then a safe trip home!!

              The helpdesk has finally responded but the 'evidence' they want of the
              Canceled Status is no longer available since the upgrade to Pending.
              The best I can tell them is that others (meaning CoderGuy) also had
              the same message:

                Snusgetter,

                Average means just that, average. Since most of the people on this forum reside in the US you will experience longer reponse times in general. While Europeans (who most often submit their queries during our office hours) get a reply in 5-10 minutes a lot of the time. We have been looking into hiring customer support staff over in the US as well but can't say exactly when that will happen.

                As for the shipment delay. That is more of a technical nature and sorta my fault. That wording "...have it shipped right away" is inserted into the templates of the site and in this specific case, the bargains went active about 36 hrs before we were actually allowed to sell them in the US (FDA approval was set for today). So, in retrospect maybe we should have made changes to the template and changed the wording to "...have it shipped on Dec 3rd":-) Sorry about that.

                    The reason for your specific delay is simply becasue issues of a technical nature is usually forwarded from regular customer service staff to one of our programmers. In this case from Emma to Adam. However, I stand by my initial remark. Few customer support matters are of this nature.

                    Secondly my good man, no, on Dec 1st the stock was not at 500+ in the US warehouse. It was however 500+ in the SE warehouse:-)

                    As for the order status issue, if I understand Adam correctly he's waiting for a response from you regarding that?

                        Your points are well taken ... no harm no foul.

                        And no offense to your current staff, but it would be nice to have a stateside crew that's
                        not separated from us by six hours. It would be like doing away with jet-lag!!
